onboarding, KYC/KYB, and other compliance checks. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion where
required by law, sanctions, or risk policies.
2. No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
Information available through Prota is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute
investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for independent
due diligence and consulting with qualified advisors regarding your use of Prota and any transactions you
undertake.
3. Platform Access & Acceptable Use
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and 2FA factors.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- Do not use Prota to facilitate prohibited activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
4. Risk & Limitations of Service
Bitcoin and other crypto‑assets are volatile and carry market, liquidity, counterparty, operational, and
regulatory risks. Access to Prota may be interrupted, suspended, or modified due to maintenance, technical
events, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Data, Privacy & Security
Our handling of personal and corporate information is described in the
Privacy Policy. While we implement technical and organizational
measures to help protect data, no system is completely risk‑free. You are responsible for securing your own
systems, networks, and devices used to access Prota.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or other
appropriate channels. Continued use of Prota after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws applicable to the main
operating entity providing the service, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Specific entity and venue
details will be defined in your executed agreements and onboarding documentation.
